  Absolutely worst service ever. My account is paid ahead and my service was taken off seasonal hold for trash pick up as of December 18. It is almost New Year's and still o pick up, and I am out of trash conrainers to separate the trash. Person I dealt with at the office was pleasant but defensive about road conditions (DOT has been on top of the clearing and sanding, I can hear them through the night). I have been out on the roads, I have had Fed ex deliveries to my house. No problem. I intend to write a strongly worded letter to their main address, cover my lawyer and stage a formal complaint. Customers are suppised to pay ahead for service. My account is not just paid in full, theres a begative balance going forward. Absolutely unacceptable.
